Pupils learnt about the significance of the day and what had been at stake in World War 2 before taking part in some fun VE Day-related activities.  There was a quiz with answers hidden in the grounds for girls to run around and find, they “broke” a Bletchley Park code using a cipher disk, enjoyed a singalong with Head of Music Miss Findlay, before tucking into a traditional street party-style outdoor lunch.
