Wraparound Care
Wraparound Care is available from 7.15am to 6.00pm, Monday – Friday, for all pupils and is based in ‘The Studio’, a large flexible space at the front of the School. Hot food for both breakfast and tea is prepared by our own catering staff, and sample menus can be found on My School Portal (parent login required).
Sibling Stay options are available for siblings of both Junior and Senior School pupils and apply
for clubs held at either school.
There are three Wraparound Care Sessions each day, Monday to Friday:
Session 1 before School, 7:15 – 8:30am
Before School Sibling Stay – for when a sibling starts earlier there is no charge, if
pre-booked. Breakfast is not included but can be pre-booked separately, charged at
£5.50.
Before School Care – charged at £5.50 per session including breakfast if pre-booked. If not pre-booked, the charge is £6.50. Arrival is flexible but please arrive by 7:40am if your child would like breakfast.
Session 2 after School, from the end of the School day until 4:40pm
After School Sibling Stay – for when a sibling finishes later there is no charge if
pre-booked, until the sibling has finished; thereafter charges will apply.
End of School day until 4:40pm – charged at £5.00 per session if pre-booked. If
not pre-booked, the charge is £6.00. Prep pupils attend supervised homework, and Early
Years and Pre-Prep pupils have activities. Pupils should not be collected before 4.40pm.
Session 3 after School, from 4:40 – 6:00pm
With or without a cooked tea, but must be pre-booked and charged at £5.50, otherwise the charge is £6.60. Tea is served from 4.45 – 5.15pm, after which all pupils relax, play or do activities.
Collection time is flexible, (if possible please try to avoid collecting at teatime).
Booking and Pricing
To help us with arranging the correct staffing ratios and logistics, please book your session at
least 24 hours in advance by emailing wraparoundcare@whall.school, addressing Mrs Fear for
Session 1, and Mrs Crofts for Sessions 2 and/or 3. Sessions that are booked but not attended will
be charged (except for illness), so please remember to cancel your booking using the same email
address.

Emergency Requests
Please note we may not always be able to accommodate emergency requests (ie. within 24 hours), and if they can be accommodated they will also be charged at a higher rate. Please contact the Junior School Office, 01732 453 815, to find out more.
