Stay & Play this Summer
We are running two Friday Stay and Play sessions in our Early Years Department in the Summer term. Stay and Play gives parents of pre-school aged daughters the opportunity to experience Walthamstow Hall’s Early Years (Nursery and Reception) offering by spending an hour in the department with their pre-school children.
The first session, ‘Ready, Steady, Grow’, took place inside our Early Years department from 10:00 – 11:00am on Friday 13 May, and children took part in art, craft and play-based activities linked to our Summer learning theme of ‘Sunshine and Sunflowers’, including planting their own sunflower seed.
The second Stay and Play session will take place at our on-site Forest School from 10:00 – 11:00am on Friday 17 June, children will take part in outdoor activities led by our specialist Forest School teachers. Children must be aged 2 and above to attend this Forest School session and should come dressed appropriately for messy outdoor play.
Parents can book a place via Stay & Play session.
Sessions are free and open to pre-school children up to the age of 4, younger siblings are very welcome too!
Our next Senior School Open Event will be on Saturday 1 October 2022. Book a place at the Senior Open Morning.
