photo gallery Class of 2019 Leavers’ Ceremony

It’s been emotional! Yesterday Year 13 put on their old school uniform for the very last time and said their own personal goodbye to the rest of the School in a Leavers’ Ceremony full of laughter, tears and very happy memories. The ceremony included a presentation from Ms Ancrum, who retired as Head of Sixth Form at the end of last year. She gave the Sixth Form a portrait of Mary Wollstonecraft, the eighteenth century writer, philosopher and pioneering advocate of women’s rights, who had been the subject of the very first Sixth Form lecture series which Year 13 had attended.

We wish Year 13 every good wish as they set sail from Wally Hall, they have been an absolute joy to have at school.
