All pupils belong to one of four Houses; Farjeon (blue), Streatfeild (yellow), Garnet (green) and Norton (red).
Termly inter-house sports matches together with House Music and Spellathon competitions provide a focal point with which to identify and encourage healthy competition, team spirit and cooperation across all year groups within the school. House Meetings are held twice a term with House Teachers and each House also chooses a charity to support through fund-raising initiatives, many led by the girls.
Girls join a House in Reception and remain with it throughout their time at the Junior School. Sisters are always in the same House and Year 3 - 6 girls must wear a House badge.
As well as being earned in inter-house competitions, House points are also awarded for excellent work, effort, good manners and helpfulness and each week the House Cup is awarded to the House with the most House points. Merit badges are also awarded every week to girls who receive the required number of House points for their Year Group.
