Our Junior School swimmers travelled to the London Aquatic Centre in the Olympic Park to represent Walthamstow Hall in the IAPS Swimming National Finals on 8th June.

Reaching this stage meant our pupils had qualified within the top 20 Independent Prep Schools in the country and they delivered more phenomenal results on the day.

They had qualified for three relay events and five individual events. The relay team comprised: Isabelle, Sophie, Chloe, Elicia, Charlotte, Sophie, Evie and Ella-Marie, who swam outstandingly to knock off several seconds in each race, with the following results:

U11 Freestyle Relay 5th place
U11 Medley Relay 7th place
U10 Medley Relay 17th place

In the individual events the competitors and results were as follows:

U10 50m Butterfly Evie 4th place

U11 50m Butterfly Elicia 14th place
U11 50m Backstroke Isabelle 7th place
