We’ve had a great few days of sport. On Saturday, three School swimming teams headed to the London Aquatic Centre for the ESSA English National Relay Championships. Qualifying for these National Finals is an achievement in itself. Representing the School were:
|Intermediate Girls 4 x 50 Freestyle Relay||Maisie, Lilie, Gabriela, Sophie|
|Junior Girls 4 x 50 Freestyle Relay||Emily, Imogen, Isabel, Sophia|
|Junior Girls 4 x 50 Medley Relay||Emily, Imogen, Isabel, Sophia|
All of the students gave outstanding performances in the heats, with the Junior Girls 4 x 50 Medley Relay making it through to the final to finish tenth nationally in this event. Huge congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed at this high-level event. Special thanks also to all the parents who came to support Team Wally.
On Friday six students from Year 7 and Year 8 took part in the Junior Knole Run. Our U13A team faced a field of 175 runners on the 1.6 mile course. They showed great team spirit, achieving these placements:
