A trip to Park Farm in Brasted gave Year 11 Food Preparation and Nutrition students the chance to see some of their GCSE food theories in action.

Farmers James and Louise Edgar are progressive farmers who have made some big changes towards making their farm more sustainable. They showed students the dairy, the arable farmland from the back of a tractor trailer, sampled homemade ice cream and brought back some raw and pasteurised milk.
