A catch up on the fundraising success of Alice’s Arc, a children’s cancer charity founded by Walthamstow Hall Junior School parents.

In conjunction with Sevenoaks Town Council, Alice’s Arc hosted a charity fire walk at the Vine Gardens back in February, raising a staggering £18,000. The Sevenoaks Powerchair Football Club will also benefit from the event.

Alice’s Arc aims to find a cure and less harsh treatments for the childhood cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma. It also supports children and families affected by childhood cancer disease. The money raised will go towards funding a research role at the Institute of Cancer Research.
