Silver Medals for Walthamstow Hall Curling Team

Many congratulations to our Curling Team who took silver in a field of 24 teams at The English Schools' Curling Championship held in the Easter holidays. Heats were held over four consecutive days where six teams each competed for a place in the final.
Our team were the only all-girl squad to make it through to the semis where they were alongside teams from Angley, Maidstone Grammar and St Gregorys. In the semi-finals they beat Angley but lost out to the all boy team from St Gregorys in the finals.
