The Head of Walthamstow Hall Junior School is a member of I.A.P.S. (The Independent Association of Preparatory Schools). The Junior School is also a member of G.S.A Girls' Schools Association.
If, at any stage this term, Walthamstow Hall has to close due to extreme weather the closure will be communicated via an emergency posting on this, the school website, and on the BBC Radio Kent website, www.bbc.co.uk/kent/local_radio. There will also be bulletins on BBC Radio Kent (96.7 FM, 104.2 FM, 774 AM, DAB and online)and KMFM. If there is heavy snowfall overnight or in the morning do check these sites or the radio before setting off on your journey to school.

Victorian Music Hall
The Year 6 production last summer was an 'Extravaganza' of performances with a Victorian Music Hall theme.
Girls sang solos and duets, they danced and recited prose, there was humour and suspense and even a strong 'man' act with gymnastic displays.
The audience participated by singing along to some favourite songs and there was a spontaneous waving of flags and singing at the end of the show to 'Land of Hope and Glory'. It was a visual feast and a really memorable occasion.
Mrs Bishop and her team made this a super ending to the Year 6 year, a tradition she has upheld for many years much to the delight of parents and girls.
