April 2007
The pop lacrosse tournament at Benenden School on Sunday 29th April involved girls in Years 5 & 6. It was the first time the girls have played against other schools and their level of play was commended. It was an exciting morning with plenty of opportunities for all players to try out different positions.
The pop lacrosse club started this term and in the first week 34 girls turned out to play. Junior girls are loving every minute, learning new skills from our senior players and American lacrosse coach.
March 2007

An inter-house tournament with Years 5 & 6 took place on Friday 2nd March. The four Houses battled it out for over an hour and some very good skills were displayed. In the end the winner was Garnett, followed by Streatfeild, Fargeon and Norton. Girls playing in both attack and defence positions showed some promising moves.

Sixth Formers, Lucy Low and Emily Jenkins who had been helping the junior girls with their skills recently, left to catch a train to Cardiff shortly afterwards. They met up with Phoebe Burton, another Sixth Former, to take part in the U19 Home Internationals 2007. They played for England against Scotland and Wales. Overall, England won!
