Musical Tea

It's a lovely thing, to sip tea, nibble cake and watch your daughter play her musical instrument in an informal school concert.

Around 30 Junior School girls performed for their parents - and each other - in a series of small Musical Tea concerts before Half Term.

The girls played piano, violin, flute, guitar, recorder and one girl sang.  They tackled a range of compositions, from traditional folk tunes, through to Schumann and Mozart.

A piano duet of Rossini's March from William Tell was a rousing ending to one of the concerts. Well done to all.
