Walthamstow Hall's science club team, led by Upper Fourth Robyn van Houweligen, found themselves in the limelight at the GlaxoSmithKline Science in Sport Grand Final held at the Science Museum this weekend. The young scientists were one of six teams competing in the Grand Final with their inventions for the next generation of portable Olympic anti-doping kits.

Robyn presented her innovative and stylish kit to a panel of judges including top GlaxoSmithKline scientists and Great Britain Hockey Captain Kate Walsh. Robyn's stylish design was inspired by her brother's toy Nerf gun and attracted alot of attention at the event, including that of a BBC news crew who interviewed her for the BBC London News shown on Saturday evening.
