Artwork fit for a Queen

Year 4 pupils have contributed artwork to an exhibition celebrating events and scientific progress which have taken place during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.

To inspire their pieces the students investigated changes in communications and transport and the fight against disease. Each girl then created a piece of artwork on the subject which most appealed to her.

The exhibition can be seen at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre until February 8th after which some of the pieces will be selected for a further exhibition at The Stag Theatre. Parents can also see copies of the artwork displayed in school.
