A level Success for Junior School Alumnae



It was A grades all round at the Senior School on A level and Cambridge Pre-U results day in the summer holidays where 100% of Pre-U and 76% of A level grades were A*/A, and, in the case of Pre-U, even higher! These brilliant results led to The Times ranking Walthamstow Hall 25th in its league table of 359 of the UK's leading state and independent schools.

Among those celebrating these fantastic results, and places at top Russell Group universities and prestigious art colleges, were students who started their time at Walthamstow Hall in the Junior School, some when they were only toddlers! Many congratulations to the Junior School 'Class of 2007' as they set off for university later this month:

  • Katherine Alcock is going to study Anthropology at Durham

  • Victoria Bee is going to study Art History at Exeter

  • Alice Dee is going to study Music at Durham

  • Anna Efthimiou is going to study Management with Marketing at Leeds

  • Sarah Grant is going to study History at St Andrews

  • Nikitah Patel is going to be studying for Art Foundation at Camberwell College of Art

  • Nicole Sharp is going to be studying Biomedical Sciences at Durham

  • Rachel Steinbrecher is going to be studying Modern Languages at Cardiff
