Extra Curricular Activities
“The outstanding range of extra-curricular activities contributes strongly to pupils’ educational experience and achievement.” ISI Inspection Report 2007.
At Walthamstow Hall learning is not confined to the classroom and the many clubs and activities offered are designed to engage a wide range of interests. The extended lunch break is designed specifically to allow time for practices, rehearsals and clubs through the week, in addition to those activities offered before school and after normal lesson times. Supervised late study from 4.15 pm until 6.00 pm is a popular option and tea is also available for girls staying after 4.15 pm for matches and other activities.
An extensive round-up of all extra-curricular activities is compiled and published each year in the school’s CODA magazine, a copy of which is distributed to every Walthamstow Hall family.
